My mission is to nurture, support and empower all moms with compassionate care including current and quality information. My classes and visits serve as a breastfeeding resource that educates, guides and encourages each mother as she learns to care for her baby. I value my relationship with my clients and believe that supporting all mothers and babies is a good investment in each other, in our community and in the future of our children and families.

Private Breastfeeding Class – $84.00 (+HST)

This class is 2 hours in length and is done in the privacy of your own home, my home or at your chosen cafe destination. It has been designed for both the first time mother and/or the experienced mom to make sure that everything gets off to a great start and stays that way.  There will be a list of referrals made at the end of the chat to further resources for postpartum concerns.

It is a very good idea to bring along your partner or a support person that will be helping you achieve your breastfeeding goals…help is always a wonderful thing!

The chat is with me…a doula that has both personal experience breastfeeding, experience helping mothers with breastfeeding, an LLL attendee and I hold a 20-hour Lactation Management course certificate from the Newman Breastfeeding Clinic.

(There are some instances where breastfeeding is not possible. Severe medical reason or prior breast augmentation surgery can make breastfeeding difficult but we can figure that out really quickly together. In most other situations, breastfeeding is possible.)
